The first floor of the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, while the second and third floors are not. There are 28 steps from the first to the third floor. However, the same food and beverages are served on all floors. If you have wheelchair accessibility requirements, we would be happy to help you find the best space for your event.

All charges other than tax and gratuity.

The minimum consumption for each space covers up to 3 hours of event time.

Extra time is billed per half hour, at a rate set by the space:

• Breeze, Flower, or Snow — $200
• Breeze & Flower — $200
• Flower & Snow — $200
• Breeze, Flower & Snow — $300
• Parlor — $200
• Moon Room — $300
• Moon Room & Parlor — $500
• 3rd Floor Buyout — $1,000
• Ground Floor Buyout — $1,500

The extra time fee does not count toward the minimum consumption.

Extra time is subject to availability and isn't guaranteed — if there's a booking conflict we won't be able to extend, so please let us know as early as you can.

We don’t charge a space fee. There is a minimum consumption (before tax and gratuity) requirement for each space on the third floor.

We can deduct the underage headcount from the alcoholic open bar total and use soft drinks for them instead. Children under 6 would only be charged half for the event food package.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a partial open bar. The only exceptions are guests who are underage or have a medical condition; they can be included in the soft-drink open bar for the same duration. Alternatively, you may choose not to have an open bar, but drinks would need to be pre-ordered.

We prefer guests not to bring outside beverages, unless it is something festive or particularly special. A corkage fee will apply. Bottles on our wine menu are not allowed, and we reserve the right to decline service of outside beverages. Service charge (Corkage): - $40/750ml bottle of wine - $100/ up to 1000ml bottle of liquor

No. Only one food and one beverage package for each guest would be accepted.

Yes, no additional charge if the menu price is the same or lower. Please let us know at least 3 days ahead of the event date.

We offer many vegetarian and gluten-free menu items. We can also accommodate limited dietary and allergy preferences for some of the food that we serve. However, we cannot accommodate strict vegan, kosher or halal requests.

All food is served family style (shared). Each plate typically contains 4 to 5 servings. We cannot accommodate individual platings.

In addition to the prix fixe food package, you are welcome to add additional à la carte items from our menu, including during the event.

If you'd prefer à la carte–only dining, that's available in our main dining area on the 1st & 2nd floors.

Yes. Plating charge (cakeage) of $30 applies per cake.

No outside food is allowed.

A reception is designed for casual mingling and light dining. On the third floor, a food station is set up in the Moon Room with all food displayed on one station table for guests to help themselves; high-top tables are provided.

Receptions are available only as a Ground Floor Buyout, a Third Floor Buyout, or the Moon Room & Parlor combination.

We will review the form and deposit and send a confirmation. This normally takes place within a day.

The deposit is 25% of the proposed event total amount, or $300 if you wish to reserve the room and decide on menu selections later.

The deposit is fully refundable if we received written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the event date. It is not refundable if the event is canceled afterward.

Full payment is due 3 days before the event date.

Changes to headcount, food and beverage selections must be submitted at least 3 days before the event date. Afterward only a headcount increase would be accepted.

Yes. Additional headcounts or consumption will be charged separately.

Yes, coat storage is available.

Tables in the Snow, Flower and Breeze rooms cannot be moved or removed. Those in the Moon and Parlor rooms can be relocated subject to space constraints.

Yes. Light decorations are welcome — balloons, name cards, small tabletop décor — but please keep it to a minimum and let us know in advance what you plan to bring (we reserve the right to decline). For safety, no long candles, confetti, sparklers, or any open-flame or pyrotechnic items.

If you need early access to set up, let us know ahead of time — early setup is usually possible, subject to availability.

Outside music is only acceptable if the event takes the entire 3rd floor. We ask that you keep the sound level reasonable for a restaurant setting and we reserve the right to turn it down or off. This also applies to live music or guest’s own playlist.

No. All items should be picked up when the event ends. We reserve the right to discard any leftover items without any notification. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Yes. We can stream live sporting events on the projector — we currently offer the World Cup and NBA games. This is available in the Parlor, or in the Moon & Parlor combination. Please let your event coordinator know in advance so we can set it up.
